This notice covers this website. The Team Nexa product is covered by the agreements we sign with each design partner, including a data processing agreement.
What we collect
When you request a demo, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, company, company size, role, and anything you tell us about the decisions you'd like help with. If analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics tool that records page views and button clicks without identifying you.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to contact you, arrange your demo, and tailor it to your company. We don't sell your information and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.
Where it goes
Demo requests are delivered to our internal tools so the founding team can respond. If you book a time, the booking tool processes your booking under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for as long as we're in conversation, and delete them within 12 months of our last contact unless you become a design partner or customer.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you've shared at any time, and we'll do it promptly.
