The problem

You make the biggest calls with the least connected picture.

  • Your company lives in a dozen tools.

Finance sits in the ERP, pipeline in the CRM, delivery in the tracker, people data in the HRIS. Nobody holds the whole picture, including you.

  • Reports arrive after the decision.

Monthly closes and quarterly reviews describe last month. The choices you make on a Tuesday can't wait for them.

  • Decisions get made in threads.

Options, tradeoffs and the numbers behind them scatter across chat and slides. Three months later, nobody can reconstruct why.

How it works

From scattered data to a decision you can defend.

  1. Step 1: Connect, read-only

Link your ERP, CRM, finance, HR, product and workspace tools with read-only access. Each agent sees only the sources its role needs.

    Sources we read

    • Meeting notes
    • ERP
    • Salesforce
    • Billing
    • Bank
    • HRIS
    • Jira
    • Helpdesk
    • Slack
    • Email & calendar
    • Plans & sheets
    • Cloud costs
    • Data warehouse
    • Marketing & ads
    • Product analytics
  2. Step 2: One shared company model

Agents turn raw data into one live model of the business: plan against actuals, commitments and risks. Every figure keeps a link to its source.

  3. Step 3: Brief, decide, approve

Get a daily brief, alerts when something moves, and decision memos with options and tradeoffs, delivered wherever you work. Nothing acts without your approval.

Delivery

The output goes wherever you work.

No new app to check. Briefs, alerts and decision memos arrive in the tools your leadership team already opens every morning.

Need another channel? Tell us in the demo.

  • Slack

The Monday brief and alerts in a channel or a DM, each with links back to the evidence.

  • Email

A morning digest in your inbox, short enough to read on your phone before the first meeting.

  • Custom dashboard

A live view built around your own KPIs and open decisions, for you or the whole leadership team.

Meet the team

An agent for every seat at the leadership table.

Each agent owns one area, reads only the sources that area needs, and writes into the same company model. Start with one seat or bring the whole table.

  • Decision log and meeting notes

Produces

  • Monday brief and daily digest
  • Decision memos with options and tradeoffs

Plan and run

Two rhythms of leadership, one loop.

Most tools help you plan or help you operate. Team Nexa connects both, so the plan and the week never drift apart.

Plan

Every quarter, and whenever the plan breaks

  • Strategy review pack with plan against actuals by function
  • Scenario models for hiring, pricing and market entry
  • OKR drafts with the tradeoffs spelled out
  • Board pack first draft, every figure sourced

Run

Every morning, and whenever something moves

  • Monday brief and a short daily digest
  • Alerts when a metric crosses a threshold you set
  • Meeting prep with context and open commitments
  • Follow-through on decisions, owners and dates

Plans set the thresholds your agents watch. What they see every day feeds the next plan.

Agents that recommend. People who decide.

Executive data is the most sensitive data a company has. Team Nexa is designed around least access and explicit approval from the first line of code.

How we handle your data
  • Read-only by default

Connectors request read access only. Write actions stay off unless you enable them for a specific agent.

  • You approve every action

Agents recommend. Anything that leaves Team Nexa, like a message, a ticket or a file, waits for your explicit approval.

  • Every number cites its source

Figures link back to the system, report and period they came from, so you can check before you act.

  • Never used to train models

Your data is not used to train models, ours or our model providers'.

  • Scoped per agent

Each agent sees only the sources its role needs. The People agent does not read your ledger unless you allow it.

  • Full audit log

Every question, finding, memo and approval is logged with who, what and when.

Questions

What leaders ask us first.

Does it replace my CFO, chief of staff or leadership team?

No. Team Nexa does the gathering, reconciling and first-draft analysis so your leaders spend their time on judgment. Every agent reports to a person, and people make the calls.

What data does it need?

Whatever the agents you use cover. Most teams start with finance, the CRM and their current plan, then add people, product and workspace tools. You can start with a single agent, such as Finance.

How is our data secured?

Connectors are read-only by default, each agent is scoped to the sources its role needs, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, activity is logged, and your data is never used to train models. The Trust page lists what is in place today and what is planned.

Does it act on its own?

Not by default. Agents research and recommend. Anything that leaves Team Nexa needs your approval, and you decide per agent whether anything may run automatically.

What about wrong or made-up answers?

Agents answer from your connected data and cite the source of every figure. When the data can't support an answer, they say so. Memos keep facts, assumptions and recommendations visibly separate.

What does it cost?

During private preview we work with design partners on preferred terms. We'll publish pricing at general availability.

How long does setup take?

We aim to put a first brief in front of you within the first week of connecting sources. Design partners get hands-on setup from our team.

See Team Nexa on your own questions.

Bring the decisions on your desk this quarter. We'll show you how the agents would brief you on them.
