About
Why we're building Team Nexa.
Leadership teams don't lack data. They lack a shared, current picture of the company that everyone trusts, and the time to turn it into decisions.
Large companies solve this with strategy offices, FP&A teams and chiefs of staff. Scale-ups and mid-market companies rarely can, so the CEO becomes the integration layer, stitching together dashboards, spreadsheets and meetings.
AI agents can now read across these systems, reason about them and write clearly. We think the right shape is not one general assistant, but a team of agents that mirrors your leadership team: one per seat, sharing one model of the company, reporting to people.
What we hold ourselves to
Recommend, don't act
Agents prepare the decision. People make it. Autonomy is something you grant, per agent, never a default.
Evidence over eloquence
A confident paragraph is worthless if you can't check it. Every figure links to where it came from.
Least access
Each agent gets the smallest set of data its role needs, read-only unless you decide otherwise.
Honest about the stage
We're in private preview. We say what works today, what is planned, and we build the rest with design partners.
Building it with design partners
We're onboarding a small group of leadership teams who want to shape the product on their own decisions.
